Modification and Cancellation Report                                           

Modification & Cancellation Report displays the list of modified and canceled bids.

Generate Modification & Cancellation Report

  1. Click IPO/Bonds à Modification & Cancellation Report. The Modification & Cancellation Report page is displayed.

  2. Select Offer Type.

  3. Select Code.

  4. Select Exchange.

  5. Select Status.

  6. Select From Date and To Date.

  7. Click Submit. The details based on the selected criteria are displayed in the Modification & Cancellation Report page.

  • Bid Price

  • Best Bid Amount

  • Margin Amount

  • Mode of Payment

  1. Click Modify, against the required Application No. The Bid-Entry Modify Bid page is displayed.

  2. Modify the details as required.

  3. Select I Agree [Terms & Conditions] check box.

  4. Click Bid, to modify the changes. The Bid Entry - New Bid page is displayed in confirmation mode.

  5. Click Confirm. The Bid successfully modified in the system message is displayed.

  6. To know the bid status, click Transaction Book link. The Order Book page is displayed.

  7. To view details, click the required Application No. hyperlink. The Bid-Entry-View Bid page is displayed.

  8. Click IPO Details, to view IPO details.

  9. Click Bid Details, to view Bid details.

  10. Click Margin Details, to view Margin details.

  11. To print Modification & Cancellation Report, click Print icon (printico.gif).

  12. Click (excelicon.gif) icon to view Modification & Cancellation Report in an excel sheet. The confirmation message is displayed.

  13. Click Open to open the file.

  14. Click Save. The ModificationCancellationReport_31stJan2012.xls download has completed message is displayed.

  15. Click View Downloads, The View Downloads window is displayed.
